Trained as a classical jazz guitarist, Andy Caponigro performed with various musical groups and taught at the esteemed Berklee School of Music in Boston. After working with many musicians and singers to help them overcome stage fright and better control their breathing for improved performances, he decided to explore breathwork in more detail. These studies led him to begin a healing practice. He worked privately with people suffering from chronic illness and psychological problems who were not helped by conventional therapies, with amazing results. He continued to lead workshops and train others until he died in 2015.
