A powerful tool for the grieving; a healing comfort for the heart.
Stephen and Ondrea Levine, Authors, Who Dies and A Year to Live
This unique CD and book was originally created to help anyone who is facing their own or anothers dying, by providing the emotionally intelligent content of intimate, spoken words, offered by globally recognized spiritual leaders, set to a soulful, evocative musical score. Now being used by anyone who might benefit from a reminder of whats most important in life, the music and spoken wisdom provide inspiration and insight while dealing directly with the subject of our mortality.
With an understated elegance, Graceful Passages establishes a new watermark in the field of spoken word/musical offerings. Contributors such as Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hahn, Rabbi Zalman Shacter-Shelomi, and comparable figures in Christian, Hindu, and Native American traditions make this CD unique in bringing together the most diverse group of spiritual teachers to ever appear on a project of this kind.
Graceful Passages is a product of years of combined expertise in music, healthcare, and personal development. Emmy award winning composer/producer Gary Malkin notes, Tremendous resources go into creating film soundtracks so that the listener will get deeply involved. We wanted to take these same resources and apply them to supporting peoples life passages as they face the most challenging chapter of their lives. Co-creator Michael Stillwater invited colleagues, mentors, and friends, such as Elizabeth Kübler-Ross and Ram Dass, to lend their voices to the project. Their generous response matched the spirit of the project, notes Stillwater. Once the quality of Graceful Passages became apparent, other remarkable authors and mentors were enthusiastic to lend their compassion and insight.
Notes Malkin, Graceful Passages is also touching many Boomers who are in the midst of mid-life while dealing with parents who are facing the end of life, and helping them cultivate compassion and a greater ability to be there for loved ones in meaningful ways.
Praise for Graceful Passages Let this masterpiece of healing music and inspiring words be an audio sanctuary for your soul and a priceless gift to share with someone you love.
Jack Canfield, Co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series
