BEYOND WORDS: Talking with Animals and Nature
Marta Williams
P.R. Contact: Monique Muhlenkamp
Beyond Words, the highly anticipated second book by beloved animal communicator
Marta Williams, explores why people are connecting intuitively with other
species and how life changes when they do. Williams says, Its
both interesting and significant that at this critical time on earth,
when we have gotten so out of balance with nature and estranged from other
life forms, millions of people are now drawn to the idea of connecting
with animals and nature.
There are practical reasons. For example, forging an intuitive connection
with a dog or horse during training transforms the training process from
the mundane to the mystical. In addition, animals and nature can teach
us and guide us, send us warnings of impending danger or simply make life
more joyous. Intuitive connections with animals and nature can also bring
wise teaching (beyond anything we could learn from another human), life-changing
experiences, and spiritual redirection of our life paths.
Unlike her hands-on how-to book Learning Their Language, Beyond Words
chronicles true stories of what people experience when they connect intuitively
with animals and nature. Our ability to communicate intuitively
with animals and nature to actually converse with other life forms
by mentally exchanging thoughts, emotions, and images, I believe is an
ancient, innate characteristic of all life, says Williams. It
is the first language, the very foundation of spoken and written words,
and the common link between all species, she continues.
Our very survival hinges on reviving the inter-species connection, if
we are to have any hope of surviving beyond this time in the earths
history. Delving into the history of indigenous cultures, Williams
maintains the way our ancient ancestors coexisted with other beings on
the earth was through non-verbal, intuitive communication. Along with inspiring true stories, Beyond Words includes a short instructional
guide, a discussion of intuition in indigenous cultures, and suggestions
for creating a better world for all beings.
Marta Williams has always had an affinity for animals and a love for nature.
She earned her degrees in biology and resource conversation, and then
worked in wildlife re-habilitation, habitat restoration, and environmental
regulation. The author of numerous magazine and journal articles, she
now lectures, teaches and offers clinics on animal and nature communication
worldwide. She lives in Northern California and her website is www.martawilliams.com.
