Maureen Teresa Smith

Maureen Theresa Smith is a writer, a director (for an environmental non-profit company), an entrepreneur and healing arts professional living in Marin County, California with her eleven-year-old son Kai. She also started a company called Terra Grace Productions. Terra Grace products and services support kids, teens, and adults to become the creative and visionary people they were born to be, connected to a strong sense of self, purpose, vision,
and community. Maureen facilitates Adolescent Girls’ Self-Esteem Circles, “Glow Girls Circles” with an emphasis on supporting girls’ self-esteem through community action and connection to nature.

Maureen’s life work has been learning how to integrate spirituality into everyday practices and rituals that are inspirational and fun, in order to support girls and women in becoming whole, strong women. She focuses on offering support and guidance to girls and women as they transition from one phase of their lives to the next. Her work incorporates a range of healing modalities including flower essences, aromatherapy, financial planning,
visioning, and coaching.

Maureen defines her life’s passion as learning how to support young women in becoming empowered women. Her down-to-earth, warm, and encouraging tone provides a welcome resource for girls 9-16 and their parents.
