Tammy Perkins, founder and president of First Class Weddings, has planned thousands of weddings for celebrity clientele and destination brides since 1994. She is a recipient of Pacific Business News’ “Women Who Mean Business” award — given to the top 25 women-owned businesses in Hawaii — and has been featured on the Travel Channel. She lives in Kula, Maui.
