Gail Harris

An award-winning copywriter, Gail Harris has developed advertising materials for a wide range of companies, including Avon, Yoga Journal, the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, and Sounds True Publishing.

Your Heart Knows the Answer was born out of Gail’s personal spiritual journey. This journey has involved many years’ practice of yoga and meditation as well as living at Kripalu Yoga center in Lenox, Massachusetts. It has also involved volunteer work, leading support groups that help women who are struggling with infertility connect with what their hearts know.

Gail leads workshops to help people learn to recognize and trust their hearts’ voice. She has a B.A. in Psychology and is the mother of a 15-month-old boy.
