• • Free standard shipping within the continental U.S. on all consumer orders more than $25.00.

  • U.S.A. and Canada shipping and handlng costs: Add $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.

In order to qualify for our Wholesale & Special Sales discounts, you must have a Resale number.

Special Sales Discount Schedule
1–9 books....................no discount
10–24 books................40% off retail
25–49 books................46% off retail
50–99 books................50% off retail
100–999 books............55% off retail
1000 or more books.....60% off retail

 

Payment Terms

New customers must prepay their first order. Net payment terms will not be extended until customers have established a payment history with New World Library and provided credit references. Once credit is established, payment terms are net 30 days.

Delivery:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days and shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Shipping:
Paid by customer. F.O.B. Jackson, TN

Resale Cards:
Needed from California accounts; otherwise California sales tax applies.

Volume Discount:
For single-title orders of 3,000 or more copies, call our Sales & Marketing Department for a quote.

Claims:
Claims on damaged goods or short shipments must be made by buyer within ten (10) days of receipt.

Claims on defective goods such as misprints, missing pages, page misalignments, pages out of order, and so on must be made within 180 days of invoice date.

You will be credited with return postage on defective merchandise.
